Usha has learnt painting from Jumana topiwala-a professional
artist who resides in Visakhapatnam,AP. The mediums that she work in are soft
pastels,watercolour, acrylics and oils. she has done a few sketches also. Her
favourite medium is watercolour as it gives the artist certain amount of
challenge. Her teacher, Jumana conducts art exhibition featuring her works and
those of her students,every year in Grand Bay Hotel in Vizag and Usha has participated in 3 such exhibitions.
Usha teaches painting
to adults and children of her apartment complex.
Recently she has participated in an exhibition 'Colour
Conversation" .The exhibition featured her works and those of her students
and it received lot of appreciation .
